Mark Robinson, of The Compact of Cape Cod Conservation Trusts, will discuss the importance of land preservation and management in helping to protect habitat, enhance carbon storage, absorb flooding, and provide resiliency in the face of climate change. Maps will reveal the shocking decrease of open space on Cape Cod from 1950-1990 through today. A film short follows.
