Description: Cape Cod Cooperative Bank (now The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod) donated this 5.57-acre grassy open parcel, ending fears that historic “Pond Field” would one day become a mini-mall. This is the second Otis homestead parcel protected by BLT [BLT #36]. It filters water that feeds the Sandy Neck/Barnstable Harbor Area of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC).
