The precious nurturing we do as Mothers, while a gift in itself, can also leave us depleted. The daily lives of Mothers can take a toll on emotional, physical, and psychological well-being. This day is intended to allow you to rest, restore, and reflect with nurturing practices, movement, dialogue, and connection with nature.
All are welcome regardless of experience with mindfulness practice. Basic guidance and light snacks will be provided. Please bring a lunch.
