Join Barnstable Land Trust, celebrated local artist Mellissa Morris, and a crew of creative collaborators for a workshop where art gets a little wild. Together, we’ll paint, craft, and conjure up a leafy crown fit for BLT’s newest (and tallest) resident: a 7-foot-tall eARTh parade puppet who is dedicated to protecting Nature. Mellissa will also lead a mindful wander through the woodlands and meadow trails at Fuller Farm—because sometimes the best ideas sprout when you slow down and listen to the leaves. All ages are welcome to roll up their sleeves and help bring this gentle giant to life. Come get your hands a little messy, your imagination a little greener, and help this towering eARTh champion grow its roots within our community. Pre-registration required.
