The Old Village Store, in partnership with Barnstable Land Trust, invites you to join Cape Cod locals Julia Cumes and Meera Subramanian along with Boston-based Joanna Davidson and Jaelyn Carr for a live storytelling event—à la Moth—about survival and understanding in a climate-changed world. The photographer, journalist, scholar, and activist/energy analyst will share intimate stories of survival, resilience, identity and memory in a time of environmental upheaval. This special event is a local redux version of a spring presentation that happened in Boston at WBUR’s City Space, brought to our very own TOVS stage. From the floodwaters of New Orleans to an elephant in India, hear tales about what we share, what we cherish, what we’re losing, and how we might move forward together.
Guests are invited to enjoy TOVS’s café, grocery store, and retail shop. Pre-registration is suggested but not required.
