Our Team: Kelsey Ellis

Kelsey Ellis
Director of Development

Born and raised on Cape Cod, Kelsey graduated from Nauset High School and then earned a BS at Boston University’s College of Communication. Kelsey began her career in the non-profit field in New York City, with roles at Junior Achievement of NY and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in development and special events. Upon getting married and starting a family, Kelsey returned to her hometown of Brewster.

Kelsey most recently worked at The Davenport Companies of South Yarmouth, serving as the Event Director for Seaside Le Mans, an annual fundraising event held at Mashpee Commons that benefits the local nonprofit community, while also supporting the company’s philanthropic, marketing and business development projects.  Kelsey has been recognized as a Cape & Plymouth Business 40 Under 40 awardee and also volunteers her time with Philanthropy Partners of the Cape and Islands.

When not at work, you can find Kelsey with her husband and two little boys spending long days at the beach, wandering the trails of Cape Cod, exploring new restaurants or, most likely, out getting ice cream.  She is excited to combine her commitment to giving back to the community and preserving the beautiful open spaces on Cape Cod for future generations in her role at BLT.
