Madeline Little
Development Coordinator
Madeline Little is excited to be the new Development Coordinator at the Barnstable Land Trust, where she will help protect and preserve the beautiful conservation lands of Cape Cod. After spending nearly two decades in New York City, Madeline has returned to her roots and settled in Barnstable, where her family has had a home for many years. She is passionate about the Cape’s natural beauty, which has provided her with a sense of comfort and energy throughout her life.
A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Madeline’s professional background includes working as an actress and as a film & television post-producer. She also contributed to sustainability efforts within the entertainment industry as an officer of the Post New York Alliance’s Sustainability Committee, where she helped organize events to protect NYC’s green spaces and promote more sustainable production practices. She is thrilled to apply her skills and experience to support the mission of the Barnstable Land Trust and help protect the Cape's unique environment.
Outside of work, Madeline enjoys staying active and engaged with the community through event planning for arts-focused organizations on Cape Cod. She also enjoys community theater, designing escape rooms, playing board games, and spending time outdoors - whether it’s walking, biking, or getting out on the water as much as possible! Madeline is excited to contribute to preserving Cape Cod’s natural landscape for future generations to enjoy.
