Mike Molnar
Executive Director

Mike Molnar brings more than 25 years of leadership experience and a deep commitment to conservation, coastal resilience, strategic planning, and program development. A Cleveland-area native who has lived and worked in Indiana, Florida, Greater Washington, D.C., and on Cape Cod, he most recently led multi-state efforts to restore coastal habitats and help communities become more resilient at Manomet Conservation Sciences.

Earlier in his career, Mike supported 35 coastal states and territories as Deputy Director of the Coastal States Organization and spent 14 years with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, where he led coastal initiatives for Lake Michigan. He holds degrees from Indiana University and Miami University. In his spare time Mike and his wife enjoy birding, exploring Cape Cod’s natural areas, building native habitat around their home, and traveling abroad.
