Sue Dahling Sullivan
Director of Communications & Programs

With over 30 years of nonprofit management experience, Sue has worn many hats within organizations focused on growth, innovation, transformative strategic planning, and best practice governance.  Having worked for Harvard University, Boston Lyric Opera, the USS Constitution Museum, and Apple Computer in the past, she most recently was Chief Strategic Officer/Chief of Staff at the Boch Center (Wang) in Boston, a nationally recognized performing arts center.  There she developed ArtWeek, a community initiative, into an award-winning statewide arts festival celebrated in 170 towns including many on Cape Cod. 

With degrees from Mount Holyoke College and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, Sue’s personal and professional passions have always been in the arts, education, and environmental fields.  Since moving to the Cape in 1999 with her husband, she is excited that she can finally both live and work on this side of the bridge while also being part of an organization that is making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
